# Zealynx Audit Grants

> Subsidized smart contract security audits for Web3 protocols. Over $100,000 in audit grants available across three tiers (Core 100%, Growth 50%, Builder 25%) on a percentage-discount basis applied to scoped Zealynx engagements at $8,000 per auditor per week.

The Zealynx Audit Grants program is operated by Zealynx Security, a boutique founder-led smart contract audit firm based in Wroclaw, Poland. Founded by Carlos Vendrell Felici (Bloqarl), Zealynx has delivered 32+ audits across DeFi, infrastructure, and AI security, with public credentials including the ETH Security Researcher Badge (recognized by The DAO Fund), Uniswap Hackathon winner, Top 5 in Codehawks contests, CWEE certification (~200 worldwide), and OSCP.

The program supports Solidity, Rust (Solana), Cairo (StarkNet), Sway (Fuel), and TypeScript across EVM-compatible networks (Ethereum, Arbitrum, Optimism, Base, Polygon, BSC, Avalanche), Solana, StarkNet, and Fuel. All grant recipients receive the same audit quality as paid engagements: multi-auditor review, AI pre-audit with Krait, detailed findings report, remediation guidance, one fix-review cycle, and 30 days of post-audit support.

## Eligibility highlights

- Open to individual developers, DAOs, and companies with written smart contract code
- At least one team member must have a verifiable public identity (hard requirement)
- Not eligible: competitor security firms, protocols already in active Zealynx engagement, projects without code, forks with no meaningful innovation, fully anonymous teams

## Grant tiers

- Core Grant — 100% subsidy, typical value up to $32,000 per engagement (you pay $0)
- Growth Grant — 50% subsidy, typical value up to $16,000 per engagement (you pay 50%)
- Builder Grant — 25% subsidy, typical value up to $8,000 per engagement (you pay 75%)

Per round: one Core grant, two Growth grants, multiple Builder grants. Grants are applied as a percentage discount on the final invoice; they are not cash awards.

## Evaluation (100-point scale)

- Product Engagement (40): Krait Claude Skill (10), Krait Platform assessment (10), 3 eMBA modules (10), 1 Shadow Audit (10)
- Independent Builder (15): Solo founder or 2-3 person team with no priced equity round (9), your team is choosing the auditor — not your investors and not a chain ecosystem audit-grants program (6)
- Protocol Merit (45): Technical maturity (12), Likelihood of success (12), Go-to-market plan (11), Team credibility (10)
- Partner-channel bonus (+10, optional, on top of 100): +5 deployed on a Zealynx partner chain, +5 came through a partner accelerator/incubator/hackathon. Verified during admin review. Partner-affiliated protocols can score up to 110.

Final award decisions are made by the Zealynx review team. Highest score does not automatically guarantee selection.
